All software products are shipped 100 percent free of charge anywhere in the world. Products such as tools require you to pay very minimal shipping fees.

Mac / Apple users please be aware of the system requirements before you purchase the software. We do no issue refunds once we ship the software or you download it.

All software comes in the form of a "Compact Disk" unless otherwise stated next to the product. We also offer download for products that do come in the form of a compact disk, but this is not part of the purchase. We offer the download service as a convenience to you, so you can use the software right away.

Downloading Process:

After you have completed a successful payment, you will be automatically redirected back to our site download area. You will also receive (2) two emails. (1) One of them will be your payment invoice from PayPal. (2) Two the other will be from us. The one from us contains a download link in case you did not get redirected, and it also contains your user name and password. So please look for these emails, if not in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder. Sometimes mail goes in there depending on your email settings.

If you want to download the software or not, you will still get these two emails regardless, they are there in case you would like to. Also just because you download the software does not void your CD shipment, you will always get the software product you paid for in the form of a CD also regardless if you download the software or not.

We cannot refund your money once we ship your CD or you download the software. So if you change your mind before we ship your CD or you download it. We will refund your money. This is the only exception. If your CD ever goes bad, regardless if the dog chewed it up, or it just stop working, you can always purchase a replace CD for $5.00

If you are a Resident of the State of California, you will be required to pay sales tax which will automatically be calculated in your order. All other states are not required to pay this sales tax.

We no longer send out news letters about updates or special offers. We display all of our news in a little icon on the tool bar or you have to subscribe to our RSS feed. In any case it's 100 percent free.
